The polyester strap coated with polymer (PVC) brings together durability and comfort. Thanks to the PES core, the strap is sturdy and resistant, while the PVC outer layer ensures water resistance and easy maintenance. This combined material provides reliability and weather resistance, ideal for everyday use and outdoor activities with a dog. The metal parts are made of zinc alloy, copper, or brass, ensuring long-lasting durability. High-quality gold brass elements may darken due to oxidation. It is cleanable.

💦 We recommend removing dirt with a damp cloth and a soapy solution. Then rinse with clean water and let it air dry (do not dry on heating). Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals that could damage the surface.
Shipping and Payment
Delivery - By standard all orders are shipped with a tracked shipping method DHL. The delivery takes 3-6 working days on average within the EU. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout.
Processing - The time we need to prepare your order for shipping varies. All of our products are made by us in our small workshop. Processing time depends on the seasonality and the current demand. Current production time estimate is 14 working days.
